Consultation
We discuss your business goals, website needs, style preferences, timeline, and budget.
Free consultation via Zoom, phone, or in person.
Proposal & Contract
You receive a clear proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and revision policy. Deposit is invoiced to begin.
This step protects both you and me from scope creep.
Content Collection
You provide branding, text, images, and hosting/domain access through a shared folder.
I can assist with copywriting or stock images if needed.
Design Phase
Choose from 3–4 design directions. Colors, fonts, layout, and structure are customized. Includes 2 structured revision rounds.
Development Phase
I build all pages and features such as forms, booking, or eCommerce, and test responsiveness, performance, and usability.
Review & Launch
Final revisions are applied, admin access is provided, domain and SSL are connected, and the site is launched. Optional Google submission included.
Ongoing Support
Optional care plans available for maintenance, updates, security, SEO, and content support.
Not required, but recommended for long-term performance.
